Eligibility for Returns
To ensure the health and safety of our customers, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process
- Submit a Request: Contact us at luvvyapparelinc@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for the return. (Photos of the items you wish to return will greatly help us)
- Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
- Packaging: Ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds and Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming the status of your refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- If your item does not meet the return criteria, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for your desired size or style.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare case of a faulty product:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the defect and your order number.
- We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
